TTN – TNT to NEWICK: a tree converter tool
TNT to NEWICK” (TTN), a python-based script designed to rapidly convert raw trees exported from TNT to Newick format (.tre). The software is aimed at facilitating the usage and handling of TNT trees for posterior usage by programs that require clean files with Newick (.tre) files as input.
